Therapy

with

Jessie

A safe, compassionate space to heal, reflect and grow at your own pace.

You or your child may be facing intense emotions, overwhelming stress, or patterns that feel hard to change — perhaps anxiety, trauma, loss, disordered eating, or self-harm.

You might be feeling exhausted, stuck, or unsure where to turn.

I provide creative, trauma-informed therapy — including art, play, and mindfulness — that offers a safe, supportive space to understand challenges and build resilience.

You don’t have to do this alone.

About Me

I have over 15 years experience working with children and young people in a variety of settings and am passionate about supporting families.  As a qualified, BAPC-registered  Psychotherapist and Counsellor,  I have varied experience of  complex trauma, neurodivergence, anxiety, grief, disordered eating, self-harm, identity/ cultural issues and life transitions.

I care deeply about my clients and always have their best interests at heart. I love that the therapeutic relationship is something we create together and is therefore always unique. I enjoy both short-term work (6-8 weeks) and also longer-term work which allows us to go deeper and effect more change.

How we work together

I believe that feeling safe and understood is the foundation of therapy. I take time to build a trusting relationship and work at a pace that feels right for you. We will go gently, and nothing is rushed or forced.

I work collaboratively, which means we think things through together. I adapt my approach to your needs rather than expecting you to fit a particular way of working. I aim to offer a space that feels welcoming, respectful, and inclusive of difference, identity, and lived experience.

Alongside talking, I may offer creative and body-based approaches such as art, play, mindfulness, or movement. These can be especially helpful when feelings are hard to put into words, but you are always free to choose what feels comfortable for you.

I aim to support not only individual clients but also the people and systems around them. When working with children, it is important to me that parents or carers feel appropriately supported and informed, while maintaining clear therapeutic boundaries and the child’s emotional safety.
